Usually the page count at the bottom of a report in access reads -
="Page " & [Page] & " of " & [Pages]

So if I was printing 80 pages it would start with 'Page 1 of 80' and end with 'Page 80 of 80'. However each record has two pages and gets distributed to different people so I would like the page count to stop at 2 and start over each time(regardless of how many records I print). So it would be Page 1 of 2, Page 2 of 2 and then again Page 1 of 2 etc... Is there a way this can be done?

Thanks,

Hows this?

="Page " & IIf(Cint([Page]) Mod 2 = 0,"2","1") & " of 2"

To piggy back this question, I have a report (several actually) that are grouped by a unique PK and use a Page Break for grouping. How do I set the page numbers to start @ 1 and advance till the next new PK then reset? Many of the pages are only 1 of 1 and some are 4 of 4 others 20 of 20, does this make sense?

Again as always thanks!
