page can't be displayed?

starting few hours ago, when i browse on IE 6.0, i kept getting message that the page cannot be displayed...
i happens so randomly, sometime i could surf on the internet fine, however, it often gives me that message...
could it be the connection problem??

It is likely a connection issue with your ISPs DNS servers. The fault may well be on their end.
