We have Exchange 2003 Enterprise Ed on a 2003 server (not a DC) where almost everyone can access OWA from the internet. One particular user gets a double-paned window with both panes saying "The page cannot be found" when she tries to login to OWA. SO it looks like OWA is beginning to load the page, but before either of the panes can be populated with data, the error occurs. We're going to check the 404 error that the page references, but the fact that everyone else can connect tells me it might be that particular account. This is not the oldest nor newest user account, the format is the exact same as everyone else, and the email addresses for this account are the same too. Any ideas? Thanks!
