I am running winXP pro and IE 6.0. I installed SP2 and was having problems with IE displaying pages consistently so I unistalled SP2. Even after unistalling I am getting a lot of page cannot be displayed errors in IE and Firefox. I can continue to refresh until the page comes up but this gets a bit annoying. And when the pages finally do load, they take forever. This happens a good majority of the time so browsing the internet has become a huge hassle. Any suggestions how to fix all these page cannot be displayed errors!

Try running IE6 without Firefox, I have heard of firefox slowing down the computer to the point where it times out, or the system runs so slow that it causes errors...give that a try
