I have 47 employees on Employee time sheet, each record grouped by employee name. 5th employee clocking details are split over pages 1 & 2.
I can manage one employ per page by ticking "New Page After" group footer
I would like to have 4 employee's per page

Crystal Reports 2008 on XP pc

Group report by Employee, in Options tab on the insert group dialog (also on change group) select keep together.

Employye 5 will now not break but go to next page

Suppress Employee group header and footer if not required.

Group by employee. Create a formula like this and place it in the group footer(suppress the formula):

whileprintingrecords;
numbervar cnt := cnt + 1;

In the section expert->new page after->x+2, enter:

whileprintingrecords;
numbervar cnt;
remainder(cnt,4)=0
