I have a database on club members and I need to generate a report on their attendance at events. This is fine except that I want the report to show attendance of members at each event on a separate page. It did occur to me to run separate queries for each event and then base the report on these but this does not seem to work. Can you help?

It is difficult to say how without knowing the grouping of the report. You will have to play/search for any/all these.
Force New Page
New Row or Column
Keep together.
Goup On
GroupInerval
Or post back with moe details

I have a similar question. My report is grouped first of all, by Name, then by position. On the reports properties, I have selected 'yes' in the Group Keep Together field. Now the report is keeping the position group together on a page, but I want it to keep the whole name group together. How do I do this? Where do I find Group On, GroupInterval and Force New Page?

TIA!

Each part of the report / form has properties. Click on the empty area/divider bar of the footer/header/group header/group footer / detail section then click on the properties icon from the tool bar. Or right click and choose from the popup menu.
If you are using Access2002 or higher then you can select each item from the combobox on the property box.
