After the report wizard created the report for you, go to the layout model and follow these steps:
1. Expand the outer repeating frame
2. Copy B_tbp and paste in to the same repeating frame (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V)
3. Edit B_tbl and the new B_tbl1 objects to keep the text that you want to place on the 1 and 2 page correspondingly.
4. Set the following properties of the B_tbp:
Page Break After --> Yes
Vertical Elasticity --> Variable
1. Expand the outer repeating frame
2. Copy B_tbp and paste in to the same repeating frame (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V)
3. Edit B_tbl and the new B_tbl1 objects to keep the text that you want to place on the 1 and 2 page correspondingly.
4. Set the following properties of the B_tbp:

Vertical Elasticity --> Variable
