I am trying to create a multi-stub laser report using crystal reports 8.5

The top part lists the vouchers for the customer - the middle is the actual check, and the bottom lists the vouchers for our own records...

This works fine if there are less than 8 vouchers. If there are more it should start printing on a new check, however, it just pushes the check down further on the page...

How do I make sure it prints the remaining vouchers and the check on the next page?

This is a pretty complex chore that depends on your data and layout, but the short answer is:

1) Normally you need to count the items before hand and when you exceed the max number you expose a subreport that only prints the additional items past 8. Your main report would stop printing the first 8.

2) If your items are serial numbered within each group, you might get away with writing a formula that groups them into groups of 8 and then adding this as a group field. Doing one form for each group. This is usually not possible because there is no usually no serial or line number field within one check.
