I have created a purchase order form report and I can't seem to get the report to break on the P.O. number which is located in the Page Header area.

Let me see if I understand this, you want the report to just show the page header and then do a page break?

Right click the section and select format, then turn on the page break after, or go to the section immediately after it and format it to new page before.

That's where the snake starts a-gobblin it's tail...In theory you should get an endless series of page headers ;)

Might try describing what you need to do rather than describing what you'd like to do.

What I NEED to do is have each PO print on it's own page, not just the header. So all the details the page footer, etc. need to print individually.

Example:

PO #: 500
Details
Page Footer

New Page

PO #: 501
Details
Page Footer

You should be grouping on PO #. If you did that, you could put this formula on the group footer's 'New Page After' property to go to a new page:
Code:
not onlastrecord
If the information in your page footer is unique to the current PO #, you should move the page footer info into your group footer.

And if you want the footer info at the bottom of the page, you can format the section to do just that (check 'Print at Bottom of Page')
