Is there any way I can put a page break in a formula to that each line of output from the formula prints on a new page?

TIA.

Holly

You can put a carriage return in with CHR(13) but CHR(12) won't page break. I suppose you could put lots of CHR(13) values in.

You can also split the formula into separate formulas, put each on a separate detail subsection, and page break each subsecton using the "Format Section" menu options. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

If you are talking about a new page for every database record, format the details section as "new page after". Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
