Using Word 2007: I have a document which is all text. I want to create a page break and insert an image on a blank page. If I do this, the spacing of the last line of the previous page changes (it creates a bit of space at the end of the last line - it is mid-sentence). Word is auto formatting something when I insert the page break. Is there a way around this? I'll want a page break on either side of the image so other text never shows up on the page with the image.

Use a Section break, both before and after your image.
