padding-rigth problem

i'm having a problem with padding-right attributes on an img tag. It's the first time I've used padding-right so i figure I'm doing something obviously wrong.

i have the following code:

dont see why it snot working -- syntax is correct

hmmmm. basically, with the code, i want to create 15px of buffering to the right of the image before the text starts appearing. the padding-bottom isn't working althought i only put that in to test.
