pad file conversion

Is there a way to take a pad file and convert it to an html document in the format i want. Like convert it to display it's info into the proper place in a web template?

Option 1.
You can use XSLT to do this. But you have to learn XSLT.

Option 2.
From a scripting environment like VBScript, you can use an XML parser (DOM) to extract the elements of the pad file and write them to an HTML file.

Ok, well I don't know VB or XSLT so I am screwed I guess.
I did find an app that does a decent job, but it would be nice if i could input the html template for it use, rather than cutting the code out of it's generated page and pasting it into my template.
