Packing Slip won't print for All locations

When users select "ALL" for location when printing a specific PS, Macola returns a nothing found error. When you enter the correct specific location (same PS number), it will then print.

When we print a Pick Ticket using "ALL" for location, it works just fine. But we may have had that modified in order to work that way.

Why does Macoal offer ALL as a selection but then not work when it is selected?

We are 7.6.100a on MS-SQL.

When you say 'select ALL' - are they keying in the work 'ALL'? When you tab past a field that then defaults to ALL, this has special significance to Macola - typing in the word 'ALL' is not the same thing.

No, I think they enter the PS number and then hit the enter button accepting the default "All" so that should accept that correctly.
