Packaging an access vba app as a .exe file

Hi there

Does anyone know if it is possible to package an Access database/VBA application as a .exe file or something that enables the end user to run the project without having Access installed on their machine. I know this sounds a little strange, but I'm sure I have heard about this before?

The Microsoft Office 2000 Developer Edition has a VBA package add-in that installs a "Run-Time" version of access. It's not EZ to figure out the package but the tools do exist from Microsoft. I don't know if you can download them free though.
