Hello
I have some problem to install cisco works
When I tried to install packages
i receive such messages:
Checking Network Management Integration Data bundle.
Error:
Invalid NMIDB file.


Probable Cause:
Entered NMIDB file is not valid or
you do not have permissions
for the NMIDB file.


Recommended Action:
Enter a valid NMIDB file
with full path and check
for permission.
Integration with NMS will not be done now.
e done now.
But I receive such NMIDB file from cisco representative
and there are not any problem with permissions


Please any help is greatly appreciated...

Paul, Which version of CW2K are you trying to install? Try running the installation again without the integration. You can always run the integration later. I believe you have to tell where the integration patch location. I ran into this issue before.

I had installed packages .It seems to me that I had to
use option Package Support updater insteed Add packages.
But integration possibly made some other bad effects
to connect to devices.I will try to reinstall.
