I currently have a package (Spec 23kb) and (Body 379kb).
I know this is not following best pactices.

This Package resides on an Oracle 8i server and is successfully being called from a several forms.

My concern is am I going to run into a size limitation
error. Can anyone let me know what is the maximum size
of a package? I speculate it is governed by a parameter
setting in init.ora.

Thanks in Advance

Here's the one from metalink, Oracle 8 & 8i size limits:

For Stored Packages maximum size :

PL/SQL and Developer/2000 may have limits on the size of stored rocedures they can call. Consult your PL/SQL or Developer/2000 documentation for details. The limits typically range from 2000-3000 lines of code.
