Can anyone point me to where I can find a definition of package number 95 IPEX for an option 11C?

The package 295 is for IP expansion.
That is Expansion cabinets connected to main cabinet via IP.
Instead of fiber cards you use a ethernet daughterboard.

You can read about this in the manual 553-3011-100 option11c technical reference
