Package mysteriously stopped logging

We recently moved our databases from Server A (SQL 2000) to Server B (SQL 2005), but didn't have time to convert all our DTS packages to SSIS. So we changed the .ini file to point to the shares on Server B, but have Server A still running the DTS jobs. Now we have a package failing, but it runs most of the steps.

When I looked at the package logs, there were none. The last package log date is the date when we moved the databases over. When I check Package Properties, Logging is still set up and pointing to Server A.

My question is, what happened to the package logs? Does anyone know?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
