package for upload/download/modify excel

Hi,

Does any one know a commercial package that can do
1. upload/download between as400 and excel.
2. modify excel (read from excel and write back to the excel without losing original property of the excel (ie formular, color, etc.)

I have spent a lot of time searching but all I can find is the packages that can upload and/or download but not modify. If any one know please suggest.

p.s. anything but not POI from Jarkata. People from iseriesnetwork said it has bug in the part that do modifying excel. We tried it but it never work.
