Package and deployment-problem

hi
when i go to components in order to insert Package and deployment wizard i get the error cannot open dll. i try to insert that component and in other pc's that run vb but i get the same error.what can i do?

You pack and deploy your project from outside vb its self.
should be in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98\Wizards\PDWizard\PDCMDLN.EXE
just run that file

Alternately, go to Add-in Manager, click on Package and Deployment Wizard, check the box that says Load/Unload (or something like that) and then click OK.
From here, go back into Add-in Manager and the PDW should be selectable..
