Package and Deployment - extra files and folders

Help,

I have a VB application which uses a MS Access database and also writes details to text files which are contained in folders. In all I want, when the user installs the application, that 5 folders are also installed (each folder containing files - database files, text files, html files etc) as these are needed for the program to run.

When I start the package and deployment wizard I know it allows me to add dependancy files but how do I add folders also.?

Two stages, two different screens.
First, Add ANY files (data, program, pictures).
Second, File names presented on later screen to allow changing destination path e.g. appending folder names to ($AppPath) or even change complete path. I change ($AppPath) to ($AppPath)\NewFolder.
