Package and Deployment Bug

A couple of jobs ago I had a problem trying to create an install set for my VB project. It turned out that it was a bug with Microsoft in one of their dependancy files. They had a typo in two place, but I can't remember exactly where. I'm pretty sure it was the ComDlg32.dep file, but unfortunately since we corrected the problem at work by fixing their typo, it wasn't a problem anymore and soon out of mind. Now I'm having the same problem again and I can't find anything about in Microsoft's site (go figure). Anyone know anything about it?
