Discrepancy between Telephone Exchange and CMG. Both Customers PABX have rel 4.1 sp6 running. The common CMG is running 7.5 sp2.
One of the Exchanges retains the absence code , the other loses it, within a 24 Hr period.
In both cases the absence code is still represented in CMG.
The System Parameters are Identical. Has anybody experienced anything like this? If so
how was it resolved?
