PAB problems

HI

When I try to amend my personal address book it does it fine, but if I go out and then back into it the information that I have changed has gone back to the way it was.

Can anyone help me?

Well sorry but...I have to ask if your certain that it is accessing the same .pab file? Do you have more than one profile setup in Outlook?

Is the file stored on a network or local drive?

I have checked the path to the pab and it is pointing to the correct file. I also tried renamimg it so I know that this is correct.

The file is on a local drive, I thought about that. If she only had read only to the drive and I also checked the file to see if it was read only.

When I move the file to my ol2k profile it performs in exactly the same way.

That is weird...

Have your tried creating a new PAB file and seeing if it behaves the same or normal? joegz
