PAB Information Service

I have lost the Personal Address Book service in Outlook. I click on start > settings > control panel > mail
The PAB is not available here under the services tab. I then click on Add in order to add the service to the profile but it is not available in there as well.
Can anyone help me with how I can get it back? I still have the .pab file but cannot get the service.
Please help
