PA System Cleardown

Just installed an IPO 11.0.4.2 SE one of the expansion IP500v2 gateways has a PA system hanging off a standard analogue phone 8 card. You call the number and leave the message with the PA System then hang up, previously this was on a Siemens ISDX and this worked fine, with the IPO it plays the message back but has about a 6 second solid tone (Dial tone or disconnect tone at a guess) on the end of the message which is annoying. You can get it to work by dialing # when you finish your announcement which is accepted by the PA system as end of message, but the users are a bit set in there ways (same ISDX for 20 years or so). Any idea why its not clearing down the call instantly on hanging up or anything I can change?
 
how do you have the port set? you can try IVR port or paging speaker and see if it helps.

set as standard Analog tried Paging Speaker and that didn't work at all, I will try IVR tomorrow as the site is in UK so late now.
