PA-MC-T3 Lab Test.

Hey guys,
I am trying to figure out how to test a PA-MC-T3 in a lab environment. My company isn't going to pay for a DS3 line in the near future so I need to find a way to work around that. Is there a known way to test these cards back-to-back? Any help would be appreciated.
