Hi Antek,
Mobile extension is a feature something similar like an speed dial no.....You don't necessarily need an P900 for this facility...any GSM phone in the market can work as a Mobile Extension....Its only an Marketing gimmik to promote P900....
I haven't heard of file.pbx.....may be its having all the commands to configure an Mobile extension...Its already in detail in Alex so you can yourself make one...
