We have recently installed a P800 controller on a HP DL360, the problem is the card wont initialize. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice on how to fix it?

Does a PCI Express card fit in a PCI slot? I thought they were completely different... I hope it wasn't inserted using a mallet?
