p650 - maximum CPU capacity

Good morning folks. Hopefully a very quick one. Is there an easy way of determining the maximum cpu capacity for an IBM p650? We are currently using two, but need to supply details of maximum capacity for Oracle licensing purposes. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I want to be good, is that not enough?
