p570 not booting from DVD

Need help booting the lpar from a DVD.

I'm trying to boot my lpar from a DVD and it diplays the following on the terminal window but there no LED codes

/usr/lpp/bosinst/bi_main[520]: /usr/share/lib/terminfo: not found
/usr/lpp/bosinst/bi_main[521]: 456 killed

How are you booting, via the HMC to SMS?
Try vt100 or vt320 as the terminal type.
I think the HMC uses vt320 by default.
