is there a manual or information how to set the hypervisor parameters via HMC or ASM ?

specially looking for error predictability settings.

Can you qualify your question? I do not believe there are hypervisor settings that you can change. Let us know what you are trying to achieve in more detail and we'll see if we can help.

I do not know of any settings to the hypervisor that can be tweaked.
