P4 Ant Task Error : File rename() failed after 10 attempts.

I am using P4 Ant Task to sync to the file and i am getting
"File rename() failed after 10 attempts." and my build fails.how to resolve this problem.Any body encountered such problem.

I will be exteemly happy with early response..as my deadline for the project is nearing..
