P3P(Platform for Privacy Preferences) and cookies

Recently i tried my self maded login system with MSIE6 with a high privacy level. I saw the symbol of my cookie that was blocked. So I made a p3p policy on my website on my webserver computer It seems it that it has no problem under the high privacy level on another system also high privacy MSIE6 it is blocked.
(I made the p3p with an editor)
