p2SSQL.dll error in Crystal Info when trying to edit

In the Info Report Designer, I am trying to access some Crystal Reports that are accessing an MS SQL database but the error

"P2SSQL.DLL Not found"

I have put the p2ssql.dll file in c:\windows\crystal, windows\system, windows EVERYWHERE! but it still cannot find it!

Im running on a Win95 box (it works fine on my Win2K machine but i need it on the Win95 machine)
