p1515 shutdown and wont power back on

radiant p1515 terminal just turned off and wont power back on. green light is blinking on motherboard but no other sign of life.
would like to know what the steady blinking light is trying to tell us.
any help would be appreciated

Unplug the power from the power supply and hold the red power button for about 10 seconds with it unplugged. Let the button go the plug in the power cable to the power supply.
Try to restart it.

Sometimes that will "reset - drain the caps" on the power supply.

but we still have the same steady blinking green light and nothing else

Are you hearing any beeps if so how many. If not it is either the power supply or mb.

On our P1520 with similar issue it is the power supply that is the problem.

try using a power supply from another 1515 at your place, if you have one. That will let you know if it is the power supply or not.
