P12 SSL Cert Silent Installation

I have a need to silently install a P12 ssl cert for several hundred users. The P12 cert has a PERSONAL/INTERMEDIATE/ROOT cert in it. Through GPO I can get the ROOT to install, but not the PERSONAL or INTERMEDIATE. Is there a script/program that can silently install the P12 ssl and supply the password, etc. without having the user interactively install it themselves? All the users run a published application through terminal services, so this needs to happen in the background.
