P.Running Problems (I need a .dll files?)

I have problems running my projects in windows... the reason is that my projects run in some pc and in others no, i prove this in pc's with same S.O. (ex: win2k prof, winXP, winNT) and in some pc works and in another no. The programs use a database, etc. Some programs use sqlServer, Oracle, Access. The programs are in Delphi 5 and Delphi 6, but have the same problems...
