P-185 /tmp mnt faild

I have instaled a IBM intelli P-185 with mksysb CD. (AIx 5.3 ML 04 )
I have chanded IP and etc.. and after reboot, i get message on display /tmp mnt faild ?
What can be done witout new installation

Why don't you enter in the maintenance mode and try to mount the tmp? first try to fsck the hd3 (which is the tmp lv) then mount the hd3!

any LED numbers appeared?
