Hi

we have alcatel oxo pbx, I was not able to connect via LAN with OMC. It tells me that the target product is not compatible with the actual product.
 
Very little details provided.
What versions PBX and OMC?

Are you sure about that wording?

Sounds like your have OMC software that is not compatible with the PBX.
Have you upgraded this OMC software to the latest?

Can we assume the "target" is the PBX? and the "actual" is OMC?
