Hi
Now I had a call abut this error on Outlook Express and he insists thats what it was. OS win98 56k int modem connects to all other services ok just not on the email. I have remade the account DUN and suggested he uninstalls and reinstalls Outlook Express, looked at the microsoft kb not there.
