Ox33 DR 7.1 with 7310 BLF phones and *2 autodial problem

I have a norstar 0 by 32. With 7.1 softsoftware and 7310 blf phones. I have a problem when I program a *2 auto dial button on any of the blf phones the autodial button calls the extension number but if the extension is busy it shows up under on another position on the blf. I have reprogrammed the buttons but still have a problem with the blf lighting up on the wrong position.

You must have release 16 and up phones for BLF's to work correctly on 6.1 software and up.

Release RLS is under the phone., you may need to trade some phones on site.
