Hi please I need help in deleting a contact's information on the OWS, I have already deleted the contact on the PABX and its also no more on the Directory Manager but it still keeps coming up on the OWS
OWS downloads its Local Data Base onto the OWS PC at startup of OWS, if entry is removed from DMG, it will be gone from SQL on DNA server and will not be downloaded. Check your OWS RDS connection is Green and run RDM.exe on OWS (copy from server), and see that RDS update is working when OWS started up.
