Hi,
on OWS when somebody is calling, system is showing line. Is this possible to show number of person which is calling (not only line which is used??)

i do not have alex in front of me, but its either trunk or number, and it's an aspac on MD1110,

Can the Name also be shown, if caller is in DMG as external user?

yes it can if you are showing the number not the trunk
