HI FRIENDS ,I´M WORKING WITH DNA SYSTEM AND I GOT 4 OPERATORS WORKING WELL, BUT IT HAS JUST ONE PROBLEM;
IN OPERATOR SUPERVISOR I CAN SEE ALL OF THEM EXCEPT ONE. I´VE TESTED ITS CONNECTION AND I AM SURE THAT IT IS ON THE SAME NET OF THE OTHERS. I AM SURE ABOUT IT ACCESS ON THE DNA SERVICES BECAUSE IT CAN RECOGNIZE ANY MODIFICATION IN DMG SERVICES. I KNOW WHEN IT IS OFFLINE IT DOESN´T WORK. SO WHAT´S THE PROBLEM?? COULD ANYONE HELP ME? I AM WORKING WITH DNA 5.0 AND SERVICE PACK 03.

There is probably a windows network/sequrity issue. The operator talks to operator subervisor service through DCOM. I would try to start this service on a user account with user rights on the operators. You can also use dcomcnfg to look at the settings.

Good luck
Fredrik
