Dear All,

Please help me in this problem. i have DNA 5.2 version. i installed OWS soft ware on PC and programme operator number in MD 110 . i connect the opeator number through interface to PC. i can call operator and from operator i can call extension but no voice exchange. Please let me know any is there any soft ware programming of OWS is needed. what i am missing. and also tell me that OWS can work with out DNA 5.2 server or not.

speech goes through CT adaptor so check your extension port on MD110 and handset. Once installed and local database is repopulated and user had logged on first time, client can use local LFS and Server be removed but no directory updates are possible. It is better if only 1 OWS to build as a server. DNA5.2 Server will install on XP SP2 using MSDE not SQL, and make sure you apply SP4.
