OWS Problem - Ring tone change

Hi All

Unusual problem has occured on one op's console. When an I/C call is received (internal or external) the handset has suddenly changed the way it rings in that instead of relatively short bursts of ringing it now has changed to long bursts, almost continuous. I have checked the settings afgainst other consoles and all is the same. Also checked OPISP and "LEV" was L instead of H like the others. I have changed it to H but the problem remains. Also rebooted op's console pc etc. Any ideas?

Did you tried "reset to original defaults"?
 
Yes I did, but no difference I'm afraid
 
change the CTI-adapter with the one that's working fine?
 

Is this continual ringing all of the time, or only when a call comes in?
