We have an installed MD 110 BC12(SP9) with ISDN-PRI trunk lines and OWS(DNA 5.1 SP 1). We also have a Diavox connected to MD110 via analogue extension lines. When a call comes to the OWS through Diavox, port number of Diavox appears on the screen of OWS and remains there until OWS answer the call even after diavox transfer the call. The operator can't see the calling number until she answers the call.Naturally She needs to see calling number before answer the call.
With OPI II before OWS, operator could see the calling number before she answered call.Right after diavox tranfered the calls, numbers were appearing on the screen. We only cahnged TYPE(OPERI) parameter for migrating to OWS from OPI II.
