Can anyone please point me in the right direction to enable CLI on the OWS screen, at the moment they see the TRK number? It was possible I believe in BC12... I'm on Mx-One TSW. SP1. I've had a look through previous posts in the forum for CLI, Presentation, OWS, CLIP, CLINP. I've done the same search in Alex too.
